Ok, before I say anything else, good for you for finishing an animation and submitting it. You got farther than a lot of people. On the animation itself, it could use a little work. Most of it was a little wierd, it sort of looked like you tried to cram every race in Warhammer into a minute-long animation. However, I must say the scene at the end with the space marine's eyes going out was VERY nice. Run with that one. Show us who the space marine was, maybe fighting Chaos boarders on his ship. He's heroic, he's the last man standing, and he never gives up. At the last second, he detonates his ship, sending the Chaos scum back into the warp and preventing them from defiling the vessel. Finally, he slowly dies in the cold of space. I'd love to see an animation like that! Use that final scene in this one, it was great.

I'm a HUGE 40k fan, and I'm currently working on something a little like this, except for the Horus Heresy. I really loved this one! Excellent, nigh flawless animation, great atmosphere, and the music! I thought I was the only one who ever played Chaos Gate! Guess not!

I must say, very impressive. I'm a big fan of the Primal War series. In this one, as opposed to Primal Lord, it's great how you can create a complex story without any dialogue at all. Using music and the character's actions only - that's prety tough. Very smooth animation. The only things I can say negatively is the music choice and the kinetics of their movement were a bit off. The music was very good (hence the "9") however, something a little more strong and dramatic might have been nice. The mammal's hideout (which seems like an important place - lots of statues) is being destroyed. It's a tragic event - maybe the death of their race - and they're being annihilated. The music should reflect that a little more. The kinetics of the fight scenes (how they moved) was very nice, though a few times it seemed a bit choppy. However, I can't honestly say I can do better, so from one animator to another, very nice work. I'll be sad to see this series go.

I laughed, I cried, I passed out. . . then I woke up and kept laughing! Navi was hilarious, and I love how all the characters looked legitimately anime except Link, who really looked the part of comic relief. Way too many funny scenes to count, but I almost has to go the hospital when he dropped the Forest Stone (or whatever that green rock is) Sweet!
